      Esie Museum is a piece of historical treasure waiting for us to see her and she won't be there forever unless we engrave her into our hearts.

The Esie museum I saw on Saturday, 26^th of October lacks A story. 

A story isn't just found in words but in how a place is designed and built. The story surrounding Esie is a mystery and everybody wants a piece of historical mystery most especially when it involves stone images.

 I couldn't help but imagine in a million ways how the surrounding of Esie museum can be designed to attract the outside world to the culture and stories of Esie.

    A museum isn't just a place to house just one story. We have so many different types of yoruba cultures in this beautiful state of kwara. Why can't we expand this museum so it houses every cultural story we have. Why not present Kwara to the world showing truly she is rich in cultural folklore. It's sad how lots of stories die with our elders. It is time for Kwara to engrave her culture into history just as Esie has given a piece of her in stones. The world wants to know about us and our roots and Esie museum is the perfect child to train into that path.

      Esie museum needs a makeover, she needs to come together with her neighbors and become a torch that brings other cultures in Kwara state to light. If we present our stories well to the world, we will attract not just local but international tourist who are eager to learn more about the world around them.

      Owu waterfall lurks in the corners of a state rich in agricultural vegetation.  A place on the hills with a waterfall that never stops. Can you imagine after having a piece of history, you then unwind by having a good walk through nature with nothing but clean air filling your lungs and pure sand beneath your feet.

There is a way to connect Esie Museum to Owu water fall. If adequate provision is made to build hotels to house tourists who come in to experience our natives stories with a bit a nature hanging as a side piece, we have then succeeded in giving man a means to break free from the norm of his daily life. With adequate means of transportation provided and security, people will gladly take a break from their work to unwind with history and nature.

    Kwara state has to think long term. Long terms goal, achievements and opportunities for growth. She has to give tourism a chance to bring her into the limelight that way potential investors have a chance to see this beautiful state and have ideas how they can invest in her but before then, She (Kwara) has to present herself to the world.
