Man distributes 20 Jamb forms, carpets politicians over irrelevant empowerment programmes

In his philanthropic gestures, a young man, Tunde Mohammed popularly known as Stino has challenged politicians in the Kwara State by sharing 20 Jamb forms to indigent indigenes of Ilorin.

The young man, who is said to be in his early 30s from Magaji-Ngeri Ward in Ilorin revealed that his charitable action was spurred by gale of Irrelevant and petty empowerment programmes being executed by elected officials in the state, saying “their campaign promises are a million miles far from just sharing Jamb forms and organizing summer lessons for their constituents.”

Mohammed, charged politicians in the state to focus on programmes that can positively affect the lives of those who voted for them during.


He, however warned that the politicians should remember that power resides with the people, noting that they need to provide the electorate with dividends of democracy.


He further advised electorate not to be swayed by financial attraction during electioneering campaigns, stressing that they rather support candidates who can give them good representation when elected.
