AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq making giant strides in Road construction and Rehabilitation
The Kwara state Government ably led by Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq in its resolve to invest more in critical infrastructure continues to make giant strides in the area of road construction and rehabilitation across the state.
The massive road reconstruction and rehabilitation projects through the Ministry of Works and Transport under the urban renewal initiative has been ongoing in all parts of the state in an attempt to link rural-urban Kwara to the outside world in order to boost socio-economic awareness and development.
The state's Commissioner for Works and Transport, Engr. Rotimi Iliasu while inspecting the commencement of the road rehabilitation project in Idofin Odo-Ase in Oke-Ero Local Government Area of the state, reiterated government's commitment to ensuring that the contractors deliver a top quality job that will stand the test of time.
Engr. Rotimi also noted that the state government as part of its initiative to create indirect opportunities for the locals has directed local market patronage to promote local content development which will open up Kwara for economic growth and development.
