KWASSIP: KWARA DIGITAL 1st GRADUATE pen down Appreciations message to Gov AbdulRazaq, Salutes his untiring efforts

  EMMANUEL IYANU a 20 year old youth who concluded the Kwara Digital Class (an initiative by the State Govt) in just 3 days, which made him to be the first graduate of Cohort 1; an exemplary act that won him a brand new tab. This act has indeed motivated many youth as number of graduates from the digital class increases more.

         According to the updates received by 9japarrot media Team, Emmanuel has written an appreciations to the State Governor.

He said;

I give kudos to the Executive Governor of Kwara State, His Excellency AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for his efforts in preventing kwaran youths from being idle during the Covid-19 lockdown.

He flagged up an Online Digital Training for all Kwarans. This is with a view to developing their skills. I keyed into the programme despite the fact that I never knew anybody in government but I strongly believed in this slogan titled “Ijoba Mekunu”.

I was given moral support and encouragement by my parents, for my mother allowed me to use her phone. I will forever remember her words that “too much sleep could lead to poverty.” I, therefore, worked overnight watching the test videos and reading the twenty-six (26) modules within three days. This determination enabled me to complete the modules and passed creditably the examination associated with the training.

At the completion, I started encouraging my other colleagues to add more zeal. As soon as I posted my certificate on Slack, it aroused more interest amongst the participants. The programme was well organized so much I felt like learning many more skills that could earn me a brighter prospect in the near future.

I know so much now that Ijoba Mekunu is real. The Digital Kwara team interviewed me and further presented a brand new Tab free of charge as encouragement of my "passion for learning.'' I am appealing to Kwaran youths to be up and doing and let us join hands together, and use our skills and talents, to contribute to the development of Kwara State. Lastly, I want the government to keep on mobilizing the youth for growth and development of the State.

LONG LIVE DIGITAL KWARA TEAM!
LONG LIVE KWARA STATE!

 9th May, 2020,
 OLOSUNDE, EMMANUEL IYANU.
Sango, Ilorin.
