The head of the 8th Nigeria National Assembly emerged the winner after it was announced last night on the social media pages of media company, The NET. Former Senate President, Bukola Saraki emerged the winner of the ‘Most Popular Person’ over President Muhammadu Buhari, RCCG general overseer, Pastor E.A Adeboye, Billionaire Aliko Dangoye and Traditional ruler, Ooni of Ife.
How Bukola Saraki who has been off the politics space since the last general election managed to beat the other people on the category baffles many and hilarious reactions have followed it.
The media company however stated that the award is given based on Verified Audience Data.
