The Kwara state Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, earlier today received a team from the Federal Fire Service led by the Deputy Controller, Engr. Agu Kalistu, who on behalf of the Federal Fire Service donated a fire fighting vehicle to the Kwara State Government to complement the government's effort to combat fire outbreaks in the state.
The governor had earlier in the first quarter of the year committed funds into revamping the brigade to improve the effectiveness and productivity of the personnel by way of procuring more firefighting trucks and welfare of the firefighting agency.
