" According to a report submitted by UNICEF in 2015 one out of four girls in ten boys in Nigeria had experienced sexual violence before the age of 18, according to a survey by positive action for treatment access, over 31.4 percent of girls there said their first sexual encounter had been rape or forced sex of some kinds, this is fast becoming a societal menace that leaves no room for assurance in the heart of the average Nigerian on the williness of the Nigeria police force to deal with these issues with all the seriousness it demand. "
