Fire has gutted shops in a popular Market at Ilorin, Kwara State known as Oloje Market.
According to source; The cause of the fire, which occurred in the early hours of Sunday, was attributed to an electric power surge, only five of the fifty shops were affected
The fire service men arrived at the scene at exactly 02:49hrs and was able to quickly put under control the burning fire from further spreading to other shops within a twinkle of an eye, before it was totally extinguished.
