Igbomina Oba describes Gov. AbdulRazaq as a ‘Noiseless Leader’
Elerin of Adanla-Irese, Oba Dr. David Oyerinola Adedunmoye has described Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq as a leader committed to the wellbeing of the citizenry.
Elerin made this known when he received the State government’s implementation committee on National Agricultural Land Development Authority (NALDA) working on community engagement aspect of the project in his palace.
NALDA had chosen Kwara State as its pilot State for the implementation of National Youth Farmers of Nigeria (NYFN) project which is taking-off with 3 local government areas.
While commending Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s effort at attracting the project to the State, Oba Oyerinola said, “Governor AbdulRazaq is doing a lot without making noise. This government is touching everywhere, and it is more work with less noise. This is how to run a government.”
Meanwhile, state and local government community development officers will converge on Ilorin on Tuesday for a workshop on capacity building to explore new trend in the field.
The Community Driven Rural Development (CDRD) agenda of this government has continue to receive boost with more critical stakeholders buying into it. We are excited at the responses received from local and international collaborators on our commitment to the transformation of rural communities under the CDRD.
