The Kwara State chapter of the All Progressives Congress,APC, has joined Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, the Olofa of Offa, HRM Oba Mufutau Gbadamosi, Esuwoye11 and members of the APC in the state in grief over the death of the Chairman of the International Vocational, Technical and Entrepreneurship College (IVTEC), Hon Ayodele Shittu.
In a statement issued by the party Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Tajudeen Folaranmi Aro, on Saturday, it condoled with family members, friends, political associates of the deceased and Offa community.
The party noted that Ayodele played a prominent role in the formation and sustenance of the APC in Kwara State.
" As a member of the first Kwara state house of Assembly representing Offa constituency from 1979-1983, and one who was re elected for a second term and deputy speaker of the house in 1983, his maturity, humility and penchant for fascinating reconciliation will be greatly missed.
" We pray that God will receive the soul of the departed and comfort the family," the statement said.
