Appreciation letter to Senator Oyelola Yissa Ashiru

Dear Senator Lola Ashiru,

we thought everything had gone when the tragedy struck but your timely intervention restored our lost hope. You gladdened our hearts with your unparalleled act of kindness extended to us.

I thank God, we now have a befitting & grandly reformed house to call a home again.

All thanks to the Almighty for sending you to us.

If my father were alive today, it will be as though you acted on purpose due to  the cordial relationship you both shared and he would be glad to praise you and support your course. I'm certain you didn't  know that the house you rebuilt & upgraded is my late dad's in-law's house.

Yet you came to the rescue with so much compassion because sowing positive seeds is  your actual nature.

I really appreciate your kind gesture Sir.

Contrary to the belief of some people  that it is not necessary praising public office holders for rendering the services they are elected/appointed for. I  will like to follow the Yoruba adage which says "kuse nin mori eni ya", pardon me please.

I will continue to be appreciative of your act of kindness shown to us as fellow humans and (of course) as your constituents. Please never relent from your passionate acts of generosity, just keep spreading love and light. Your dreams for Kwara South as a constituency, Kwara State in particular and Nigeria at larges will definitely come to pass. We are always proud of you because leaders like you are quite rare.
