The Chairman of the Kwara PDP Youths Alliance, Hon. Kale Oba Aluko has Demanded for the immediate Release of all Vehicular Properties Belonging to Kwara State People’s Democratic Party (PDP), that are said to be illegally in the Custody of The Former Chairman of the Party, Erstwhile Party Chieftains who defected to Kwara All Progressive Congress (APC), Chief Akogun Iyiola Oyedepo
Comr. Muhammad Nurudeen Muhammad , who is the Secretary General of The Kwara PDP Youths Alliance, disclosed in a Press Conference held earlier Today afternoon, at the PDP Secretariat in Ilorin, that the party procured the Vehicle in 2014 from a fundraising program for the use of office of state chairman in order to ease mobility and transportation within and outside the state while on party’s assignment.
Muhammed further explained that since Chief Akogun left the party in 2018, He is yet to give accounts about his tenure as the party chair till date, neither leave behind any handover note that can guide his successor on the financial and asset strength of the party.
We have filed petitions to the Kwara Commissioner of Police , State Intelligence Bureau as well as office of DSS to use their offices in making sure the properties are returned to the PDP secretariat in no distance time, Muhammed said
“We Therefore demand immediate return of all vehicles particularly the 4-runner Jeep kept illegally in custody of Akogun to the PDP State secretariat within 72hours .” He Said
