Kwara State House of Assembly has on the 5th of February emanated a letter of invitation to the Honourable representing Ilorin South constituency to apprise him of the swear which is set out to hold on Tuesday 9th February 2021 in the sacrosanct.
As declared in the letter,He is anticipated to present proof of declaration of Assets and Liabilities by section 94 of the 1999 constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Order II Rule 8 of the Rules Of Kwara State House of Assembly before taking and subscribing to the oaths of the allegiance and oaths of membership.
It will recall on November 2019 The Court of Appeal in its ruling declared Hon Agboola Jimoh Raheem as the elected member of the Ilorin South constituency into Kwara state House of Assembly, which the leadership of KWHA failed to obey court injunction.
The Assembly thus exhort Hon.Agboola to ensure full covid-19 protocols while in attendance.
