Heroes they are
Pains in their hearts, but keep on fighting as ever
They are the patriotic children of our motherland, yet not spared by death
No sleep, no time to spend with families
For peace to breath in our motherland, they sacrifice their lives
Facing death:bullets, amputated by bombs yet not backing off
They are warriors
The mouth of our motherland filled with the praise of their names
For they defended her dignity till their last breath
Their lifeless bodies will be proudly laid in golden soil
Men of honour will perform their last rites
And the birds above the blue sky, will keep singing the praise of their names till eternity

In memory of the Late Chief Of Army Staff,Lieutenant Ibrahim Attahiru and the eleven others armies who lost their lives in a military plane crash yesterday.
