The Management of Intercontinental News 247 has Thursday launched Health Advocacy for Troubled States, HATS, as a way of standing in gap for health needs of people in troubled states across the country.
The initiative, according to Lead Ambassador, Bolaji Aladie has become important going by recent happenings around the country that may create gap in the area of health needs.
The most recent is the flooding ravaging different parts of the country.
Aladie encouraged all stakeholders to key into HATS initiative, saying there is a need to bridge the gap of health provisions for those in troubled states in the country and this cannot be left to the government alone.
He noted that in coming days, there would be an announcement on the series of activities set up for the initiative, collaboration and further development.
