AbdulNafiu Bushirah Alaro has done herself and her nation proud on the shores of the Republic of Sudan, a Muslim country in Northeast Africa by attaining a resounding academic feat at Ahfad University for women, Omdurman, Sudan.
Ms. Bushirah graduated with a first class honour.
Her research work titled "Design of Novel substituted Pyrazole-hydrazones and Pyrazoline-hydrazone Derivatives and their in-silico studies as antiangiogenesis agents targeting VEGFR-2 in cancer" was graded to be the best in the class of 2023, having the grading point of 97%, the highest score ever recorded in the college.
She had her preliminary studies at Gbooro Muslim Nursery and Primary School Oge, Saki and attended Turath College, Daarus Salam Area, Saki for her secondary education.
She won a scholarship to study Pharmacy at Ahfad University, Omdurman, Sudan.
She speaks Yoruba, English and Arabic language effortlessly.
She was on Tuesday inducted into the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) in Abuja.
